Warehouse Shift Lead – Full Time Canada

Leadership Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10–20 warehouse associates per shift
• Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and enforce quality standards
• Conduct daily shift briefings and safety toolbox talks
• Handle associate performance coaching and escalate HR issues
• Complete shift-end productivity and exception reports

What We Look For

• 2+ years of warehouse experience with at least 6 months in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong communication skills — must command respect and give clear direction
• Confident with warehouse technology and reporting tools
• Forklift licence preferred

Compensation

• CAD $24–$30/hour
• Full benefits package including RRSP
• Path to Warehouse Supervisor and beyond
