Returns Processing Associate – Canada

PackShift Canada is looking for a detail-oriented Returns Processing Associate to manage customer returns at our fulfillment center. This is a key quality control role.

Responsibilities

• Receive and log all returned packages into the returns management system
• Inspect returned items for damage, completeness, and resalability
• Categorize returns as restock, repair, liquidation, or disposal
• Process refunds and restock approved items back to inventory
• Communicate return discrepancies to the customer service team

What You Need

• Strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Comfortable with basic computer data entry
• Previous returns or quality control experience preferred
• Able to lift 40 lbs and work on your feet all day

Compensation

• CAD $18–$22/hour
• Monday to Friday, day shift
• Health benefits and paid time off
