Outbound Shipping Associate – Canada
Join the outbound team at WarehouseOne Canada. As an Outbound Shipping Associate, you will play a critical role in getting customer orders out the door accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Stage packed orders for carrier pickup in correct shipping lanes
- Print and apply manifests, BOLs, and carrier labels
- Coordinate with carrier drivers for scheduled pickups
- Reconcile outbound shipment counts against system records
- Identify and resolve shipping errors before dispatch
Skills and Experience
- 1 year of outbound or shipping experience preferred
- Familiarity with carrier portals (UPS, FedEx, Purolator) is an asset
- Good communication skills for carrier coordination
- Ability to work under time pressure during peak periods
Compensation and Perks
- CAD $18.50–$23/hour
- Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
