Night Shift Picker Packer – Full Time Canada

Are you a night owl? WarehouseOne Canada is hiring full-time Picker Packers for night shift at our Mississauga warehouse. Night shift premium pay included.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for picking customer orders accurately from warehouse shelves, packing them securely, and preparing them for next-day dispatch. This is a fast-paced role in a temperature-controlled environment.

Key Duties

• Pick items from bin locations using voice-directed or RF scanner systems
• Pack orders according to product fragility and shipping requirements
• Apply correct shipping labels and documentation
• Meet pick rate targets of 100+ units per hour
• Keep work area clean and report discrepancies to supervisor

Requirements

• Available to work 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Sunday to Thursday
• Able to lift 40 lbs and stand for full shift
• Reliable transportation to facility
• Previous picker packer experience is a plus

Pay

• Base: CAD $18/hour + $2/hour night shift premium
• Health and dental benefits after 3 months
• Overtime available at 1.5x rate
