QuickFulfil Canada is hiring for multiple full-time positions at our Scarborough, Ontario fulfilment centre. Associates at our Scarborough fulfilment centre work across all key warehouse functions — receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping — as part of a close-knit team focused on getting customer orders out the door accurately and on time every single day. You will be fully trained, well supported, and rewarded for your reliability and hard work from day one.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

All new Scarborough associates complete a two-day paid safety and role training orientation before joining the live fulfilment floor. You'll learn everything you need — from scanner operation to productivity targets — before your first independent shift at our Scarborough Ontario facility.

Responsibilities:

• Rotate across fulfilment functions including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and outbound shipping as assigned by management
• Use RF handheld scanners to complete all inventory transactions and follow warehouse management system directions accurately
• Handle all customer order products carefully to prevent damage and maintain the highest order quality standards
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets for your assigned function while following all QuickFulfil Canada safety rules
• Communicate proactively with team leads about any inventory issues, equipment concerns, or safety observations
• Support 5S housekeeping, safety audits, and continuous improvement activities at our Scarborough facility as directed
• Assist with cross-training in additional warehouse functions to build skills and support operational flexibility

Requirements:

• No prior warehouse or fulfilment centre experience required — full paid training is provided for every role
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) and remain physically active throughout full 8 to 10 hour shifts
• Reliable and punctual with a positive team attitude and strong personal commitment to workplace safety
• Available for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts at our Scarborough Ontario fulfilment centre
