SwiftShip Canada is hiring Receiving Associates to join our Montreal, Quebec fulfilment centre inbound team. This is a full-time onsite position for detail-oriented individuals in the Montreal area who want to play a foundational role in a busy fulfilment operation. No prior experience is required and our bilingual Montreal team is ready to support you from your very first shift. As a Receiving Associate at our Montreal facility, your accuracy in processing inbound inventory directly impacts the quality and speed of every customer order that follows.

In the Receiving Associate role at our Montreal location, you will unload inbound delivery trucks, scan and verify received inventory, identify discrepancies, and prepare products for the stow team to place throughout our Montreal fulfilment warehouse.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete SwiftShip Canada's paid bilingual receiving orientation covering truck unloading procedures, inbound scanning workflows, discrepancy reporting, product condition assessment, and productivity expectations. By shift three you'll be independently processing inbound trailers alongside the Montreal receiving team.

Responsibilities:

• Unload inbound delivery trailers manually and using powered pallet jacks at the Montreal receiving dock
• Scan all inbound products to record receipt against purchase orders in our Montreal warehouse management system
• Verify product quantities, SKUs, and condition against purchase order documentation for every inbound shipment
• Document and report any inbound discrepancies, damaged goods, or short shipments to the receiving supervisor
• Organize received inventory in the inbound staging area for efficient pick-up and stow by the warehouse team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock free of debris and hazards throughout every shift
• Meet daily inbound receiving productivity targets while maintaining accuracy above required standards at our Montreal facility

Requirements:

• No experience required — full paid bilingual receiving training provided from your first day in Montreal
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) and operate a powered pallet jack after receiving training
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when scanning and verifying large volumes of inbound inventory
• Bilingual French and English is an asset for our Montreal team; unilingual candidates are welcome to apply
