NorthPack Canada is hiring Delivery Station Associates for our Lachine, Montreal last-mile logistics facility. This is a full-time onsite position for bilingual or unilingual candidates in the Montreal area who want to be part of a fast-growing last-mile delivery network serving Quebec customers. No prior experience is required and multiple shift options are available at our Lachine delivery station to accommodate a range of personal schedules in the greater Montreal area.

As a Delivery Station Associate at our Lachine Montreal location, you will sort and stage parcels for last-mile delivery routes, ensuring every package is correctly scanned, routed to the right delivery zone, and loaded into delivery vehicles before daily departure windows so that Montreal customers receive their orders on time.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete NorthPack Canada's paid bilingual delivery station orientation covering parcel induct scanning, sortation procedures, route staging, load quality standards, and Lachine facility safety rules. By your second shift you'll be actively processing live parcels on the Montreal sortation floor.

Responsibilities:

• Scan and sort inbound parcels by delivery route zone using barcode scanner and delivery station sortation systems
• Stage sorted packages in designated Montreal delivery route lanes for driver loading before departure windows
• Load delivery driver vehicles in correct sequence following NorthPack Canada load quality and safety guidelines
• Process inbound trailer unloading, parcel count verification, and manifest reconciliation at the Lachine dock
• Handle failed delivery returns and customer return parcels following standard reverse logistics procedures
• Meet daily induct rate and load quality targets at our Lachine Montreal delivery station each shift
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sortation floor and follow all PPE and safety requirements at all times

Requirements:

• No experience required — NorthPack Canada provides complete paid training at our Lachine Montreal facility
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in Canada
• Able to lift and carry parcels up to 49 lbs and remain physically active throughout each full shift
• Bilingual French and English is an asset for our Montreal team; unilingual French or English candidates welcome
• Available for early morning and overnight shift schedules aligned to Montreal delivery departure windows
