PackPro Canada is hiring Warehouse Associates for our Montreal, Quebec fulfilment centre. This is a full-time onsite position open to bilingual and unilingual candidates with or without prior warehouse experience. As a Warehouse Associate at our Montreal facility, you will rotate through receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping functions, working with an experienced bilingual team to fulfil customer orders accurately and on time every shift at our Montreal area fulfilment centre.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete PackPro Canada's paid bilingual orientation in both French and English covering Montreal facility safety, scanner training, fulfilment workflows, and daily productivity targets. By day three you'll be working actively on the Montreal warehouse floor with team lead support in your preferred language.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and scan inbound inventory at the Montreal fulfilment centre receiving docks and verify quantities against purchase orders
• Stow inbound products in accurate bin locations using RF scanner guidance throughout the Montreal warehouse
• Pick customer orders from storage locations efficiently using scanner-directed routing within daily target windows
• Pack customer orders securely and apply correct labels for outbound shipment to Quebec and national delivery networks
• Load outbound trailers following PackPro Canada weight distribution and safety loading requirements
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets for your assigned function across all Montreal fulfilment stations
• Communicate any inventory issues, safety concerns, or equipment problems to bilingual team leads promptly

Requirements:

• No prior warehouse experience required — complete bilingual paid training provided from day one in Montreal
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in Canada
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) and perform physical warehouse activities throughout full shift duration
• Bilingual French and English is an asset for our Montreal team environment; unilingual candidates welcome
• Available for day, evening, and overnight shifts including weekends at our Montreal Quebec facility
