QuickFulfil Canada is seeking an experienced and reliable Process Assistant to join our Calgary fulfilment centre team. This is a full-time onsite supervisory support role for a warehouse professional who has demonstrated strong performance as a warehouse associate and is ready to take the next step into a team leadership position. As a Process Assistant at our Calgary facility, you will support the Shift Manager in directing associate workflows, resolving operational issues, coaching team members, and maintaining productivity and safety standards across your assigned fulfilment zone throughout each shift.

What Your First 90 Days Look Like:

You'll complete QuickFulfil Canada's Process Assistant leadership development program covering team deployment, productivity monitoring tools, performance coaching techniques, and safety enforcement responsibilities. By month three you'll be independently managing your assigned Calgary zone across your full shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Shift Manager in directing the daily activities of 10 to 20 warehouse associates in your assigned Calgary fulfilment zone
• Monitor associate productivity and accuracy metrics in real time and provide immediate coaching when performance falls below targets
• Conduct daily safety observations, enforce PPE compliance, and address any unsafe behaviours or conditions immediately on the floor
• Assist with daily labour deployment decisions, break schedule coordination, and cross-training of associates between fulfilment functions
• Serve as the first point of escalation for associate questions, equipment issues, and operational problems requiring prompt resolution
• Complete shift productivity reports, associate performance logs, and safety observation records for the Shift Manager review
• Lead new associate onboarding, role-specific training, and ramp-up support for all new hires joining your Calgary zone

Requirements:

• Minimum one year of warehouse associate experience, preferably at a fulfilment centre or distribution centre
• Demonstrated performance as a reliable, high-accuracy, productive warehouse associate prior to this application
• Natural leadership ability, strong communication skills, and genuine interest in coaching and developing team members
• Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in Canada
• Available for rotating shift schedules including days, evenings, nights, and weekends in Calgary Alberta
