WarehouseLink Canada is hiring certified Forklift Operators to join our Edmonton, Alberta fulfilment centre operations team. This is a full-time onsite role for experienced power industrial truck operators who hold a valid Alberta forklift certification and are looking for well-paying, stable warehouse employment in Edmonton. At WarehouseLink Canada, our forklift operators are essential to the safe movement of inventory through every stage of our Edmonton fulfilment process, from inbound receiving to outbound shipping.

As a Forklift Operator at our Edmonton facility, you will operate counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, and electric pallet jacks to manage palletized inventory movement, stage outbound freight, and support the overall operational flow of our Edmonton warehouse across your assigned shift.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete WarehouseLink Canada's paid Edmonton site forklift orientation covering facility layout, equipment-specific training, travel path rules, load handling limits, and pre-shift inspection procedures. By day two you'll be operating in your assigned warehouse zones under shift supervisor oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Operate counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, and powered pallet jacks safely throughout the Edmonton warehouse
• Unload inbound freight trailers and transport palletized inventory to designated receiving and storage zones
• Stage outbound freight pallets in loading lanes and support trailer loading to meet daily departure schedules
• Conduct thorough pre-shift equipment safety inspections and document all findings before beginning operations
• Follow all pedestrian safety rules, posted speed limits, and load handling requirements at all times on site
• Assist with cycle counts, pallet reorganization, and inventory location moves as directed by warehouse management
• Report equipment defects, safety incidents, and near-miss events promptly using WarehouseLink Canada procedures

Requirements:

• Valid Alberta forklift operator certification is required before start date at our Edmonton facility
• Minimum one year of forklift operating experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, or industrial environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in Canada
• Strong personal safety commitment and the ability to follow operational procedures precisely and consistently
• Available for rotating day, evening, and overnight shifts including weekends at our Edmonton Alberta facility
