NorthPack Canada is actively hiring Picker Packers for our Calgary fulfilment centre operations. This is a full-time onsite entry-level position requiring no prior experience, ideal for job seekers in Calgary and the surrounding Balzac and Airdrie area looking for immediate warehouse work with competitive hourly pay. Our Calgary fulfilment centre runs around the clock and offers flexible shift options to accommodate a wide range of personal schedules.

As a Picker Packer at our Calgary location, you will pick customer orders from warehouse shelving using RF scanner guidance and pack those orders into shipment-ready boxes at our packing stations. You are the direct link between our warehouse inventory and our customers' front doors, making your accuracy and speed central to the experience our customers receive.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete NorthPack Canada's paid orientation at our Calgary facility covering picking zone navigation, packing station procedures, productivity targets, and safety training. By day three you'll be independently completing pick and pack cycles on the live Calgary warehouse floor.

Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders from designated bin locations using RF scanner-directed routing in our Calgary warehouse
• Pack picked items into correctly sized boxes with appropriate void fill and protective materials for safe shipment
• Apply correct shipping labels and verify order contents before routing packed boxes to the outbound area
• Maintain combined pick and pack productivity targets while keeping order accuracy above required thresholds
• Keep packing station stocked with boxes, tape, void fill materials, and labels throughout every shift
• Flag damaged products, scan errors, and quality concerns to team leads immediately for prompt resolution
• Follow all NorthPack Canada safety rules and maintain a clean packing station environment throughout each shift

Requirements:

• No prior warehouse experience required — full on-the-job training provided for all Calgary Picker Packers
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in Canada
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs and perform repetitive picking and packing tasks throughout each shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working at required productivity pace
• Available for day, evening, and overnight shifts including weekends at our Calgary Alberta facility
