PackPro Canada is hiring Warehouse Associates for our Edmonton, Alberta fulfilment centre. This is a full-time onsite position with no experience required, perfect for candidates in Edmonton and the surrounding Leduc area who are looking for immediate, stable, well-paying warehouse employment. Our Edmonton area facility is one of Alberta's most active fulfilment centres, processing orders for customers across the province and offering multiple shift options for all lifestyles and schedules.

Warehouse Associates at our Edmonton facility rotate across key fulfilment functions including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping. You will be supported by experienced team leads and a strong safety culture from your very first shift at our Edmonton area location.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete PackPro Canada's paid warehouse orientation covering facility safety, scanner training, role-specific workflows, and productivity expectations. By day three you'll be actively working on the Edmonton warehouse floor contributing to daily fulfilment targets under team lead guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and scan inbound inventory arriving at the Edmonton fulfilment centre receiving docks each shift
• Stow products accurately in assigned bin locations using RF scanner-directed warehouse management guidance
• Pick customer orders from bin storage locations efficiently using scanner routing throughout the facility
• Pack customer orders securely and apply correct labels for outbound shipment processing and delivery
• Load outbound trailers and ensure cargo is secured following PackPro Canada safety loading procedures
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets for your assigned function while following all safety rules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment across all areas of the Edmonton facility

Requirements:

• No experience required — complete paid warehouse training provided for all new Edmonton associates
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in Canada
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) and perform physical warehouse activity throughout 8 to 10 hour shifts
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment for the entire team
• Available for day, evening, and overnight shift schedules including weekends at our Edmonton area facility
