QuickFulfil Canada is seeking an experienced and operationally driven Warehouse Shift Manager to lead operations at our Vancouver fulfilment centre. This is a full-time onsite senior position for a proven warehouse leader who can manage a team of 30 to 60 associates across a full shift, drive productivity and accuracy performance, enforce safety standards, and maintain a high-energy, positive team culture. At QuickFulfil Canada, our Shift Managers are the heartbeat of our 24/7 Vancouver fulfilment operation.

As Warehouse Shift Manager at our Vancouver location, you will take full operational ownership of your assigned shift — managing staffing, directing workflow across receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping functions, resolving operational issues in real time, and coaching your team to consistently meet QuickFulfil Canada performance targets.

What Your First 90 Days Look Like:

You'll complete QuickFulfil Canada's shift manager onboarding covering our Vancouver operations systems, performance management tools, safety compliance requirements, and leadership expectations. By month three you'll be fully independent in managing shift operations, leading your team, and contributing to the site's continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead and direct a shift team of 30 to 60 warehouse associates across all fulfilment functions at the Vancouver facility
Monitor shift productivity, accuracy, and safety KPIs in real time, adjusting labour deployment and workflows to meet daily targets
Conduct pre-shift briefings, mid-shift performance reviews, and post-shift handovers with accurate operational status reporting
Coach, develop, and provide performance feedback to associates and process assistants on your shift throughout each week
Enforce all QuickFulfil Canada safety policies including PPE use, ergonomic standards, and hazard reporting protocols without exception
Manage attendance, timekeeping, and productivity records for your shift team using QuickFulfil Canada's workforce management systems
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that reduce error rates, improve throughput, and enhance team safety culture at our Vancouver site

Requirements:

Three or more years of warehouse or logistics management experience including at least one year leading teams of 20 or more
Proven track record of meeting warehouse KPIs including pick rate, pack quality, and shift safety record
Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and real-time problem-solving skills in a high-volume warehouse environment
Experience with warehouse management systems and workforce management tools for shift reporting
Availability for rotating shift schedules including days, evenings, nights, and weekends in Vancouver
