WarehouseLink Canada is hiring certified Forklift Operators for our Vancouver area fulfilment and distribution operations. This is a full-time onsite position for experienced PIT operators holding a valid BC forklift certification who are ready to join a high-volume, safety-focused warehouse team in the Greater Vancouver region. At WarehouseLink Canada, our forklift operators are critical to the safe and efficient movement of thousands of inventory pallets through our Vancouver-area facilities every single day.

As a Forklift Operator at our Vancouver location, you will operate counterbalance and reach truck equipment to unload inbound freight, move palletized inventory to storage locations, stage outbound freight, and support overall warehouse flow across your assigned shift.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete WarehouseLink Canada's paid site-specific forklift orientation covering our Vancouver facility layout, travel paths, load limits, pre-shift inspection checklists, and pedestrian interaction rules. By day two you'll be operating equipment in your assigned warehouse zones under site supervisor oversight.

Responsibilities:

• Operate counterbalance forklifts, reach trucks, and powered pallet jacks safely throughout the Vancouver warehouse facility
• Unload inbound freight trailers and transport palletized inventory to designated receiving and storage locations
• Stage outbound freight pallets in loading lanes and assist with trailer loading to daily departure schedules
• Perform thorough pre-shift equipment safety inspections and document findings on inspection checklists before operating
• Adhere to all pedestrian traffic rules, posted speed limits, and load handling safety procedures without exception
• Support cycle count activities, pallet reorganization, and inventory location moves as directed by warehouse management
• Report equipment defects, safety hazards, and near-miss events to supervisors promptly using WarehouseLink Canada reporting procedures

Requirements:

• Valid BC forklift operator certification is required before the start date at our Vancouver facility
• Minimum one year of forklift experience in a warehouse, distribution centre, or manufacturing environment
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in Canada
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and the ability to follow detailed operational procedures consistently
• Available for day, evening, and overnight shifts including weekends at our Vancouver area facility
