PackPro Canada is hiring Warehouse Associates for our Delta, British Columbia fulfilment centre. This is a full-time onsite entry-level position with no experience required, ideal for candidates in the Delta, Surrey, and Greater Vancouver area looking for immediate, well-paying warehouse work. Our Delta facility is one of BC's most active fulfilment operations, processing thousands of customer orders daily for delivery across the Lower Mainland and beyond.

Warehouse Associates at our Delta location work across inbound and outbound fulfilment functions, moving and processing inventory efficiently to meet daily customer order demands. You will work with experienced team leads in a modern, organized warehouse environment with strong safety standards and clear career progression opportunities.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll receive two days of paid PackPro Canada orientation covering Delta facility safety rules, scanner training, fulfilment station workflows, and productivity expectations. By day three you'll be working on the Delta warehouse floor contributing to live operations under team lead guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, scan, and verify inbound inventory shipments arriving at our Delta receiving docks each shift
• Stow inbound products into assigned bin locations using RF scanner guidance and warehouse management direction
• Pick customer orders from warehouse shelving using scanner-directed routing throughout the Delta facility
• Pack customer orders securely and apply correct shipping labels for outbound delivery processing
• Load outbound shipment containers and trailers following PackPro Canada weight and safety loading guidelines
• Maintain productivity and accuracy targets for your assigned fulfilment function throughout every shift
• Follow all Delta facility safety rules, ergonomic guidelines, and PPE requirements at all times

Requirements:

• No prior warehouse experience required — PackPro Canada provides complete paid training from your first day
• Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in Canada
• Able to lift up to 49 lbs and perform physical warehouse activity for the duration of each 8 to 10 hour shift
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a strong personal safety commitment
• Available for day, evening, and overnight shift schedules including weekends at our Delta BC facility
