Fulfilment centre associates at QuickFulfil Canada work as part of a close-knit team rotating across receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping stations. What Your First Week Looks Like:

All new associates complete a two-day paid orientation covering fulfilment centre safety, equipment use, warehouse systems, and role-specific training before joining the live operational floor. You'll be supported by experienced team leads throughout your first weeks at our Mississauga facility.

Responsibilities:

• Work across fulfilment centre functions including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and outbound shipping as assigned
• Use RF handheld scanners to complete all inventory transactions and follow system-directed workflows accurately
• Handle customer orders carefully to prevent damage and maintain high order quality standards every shift
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets for your assigned function while following all QuickFulfil Canada safety rules
• Communicate proactively with team leads on inventory issues, equipment problems, or safety concerns during shifts
• Support continuous improvement activities including 5S housekeeping, safety observations, and kaizen participation
• Assist with special projects, overflow functions, and cross-training in additional warehouse roles as directed by management

Requirements:

• No prior fulfilment centre or warehouse experience required — full paid training provided for all roles
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) and perform physical warehouse activities throughout each shift
• Team-oriented mindset with strong reliability, punctuality, and a positive work attitude
• Flexible availability for day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts at our Mississauga facility
