SwiftShip Canada is hiring Receiving Associates to join our Brampton fulfilment centre inbound team. This is a full-time onsite position for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in accuracy and want to play a foundational role in keeping our Brampton warehouse stocked and running efficiently every day. As a Receiving Associate, you will be the first point of contact for all inbound inventory arriving at our Brampton facility, and your accuracy sets the foundation for every customer order that follows.

In the Receiving Associate role at our Brampton location, you will unload delivery trucks, scan and verify inbound inventory, report discrepancies, and prepare received products for the stow team to place into storage locations throughout the fulfilment centre.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete SwiftShip Canada's paid receiving orientation covering truck unloading procedures, inbound scanning workflows, discrepancy reporting, product damage protocols, and inbound productivity targets. By your third shift you'll be independently processing inbound trailers alongside the Brampton receiving team.

Responsibilities:

• Unload inbound delivery trailers manually and using powered pallet jacks at the Brampton receiving dock
• Scan all inbound products using RF scanner to record receipt against purchase orders in the warehouse system
• Verify product quantities, SKUs, and condition against purchase order documentation for each inbound shipment
• Report and document any inbound discrepancies, damaged goods, or short shipments to the receiving supervisor
• Organize received inventory in the inbound staging area for efficient pick-up by the stow team
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving dock area free of debris and trip hazards at all times
• Meet daily inbound receiving productivity targets while maintaining accuracy above SwiftShip Canada required standards

Requirements:

• No experience required — SwiftShip Canada provides complete paid receiving training for all new associates
• Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly and operate a powered pallet jack after training
• Strong attention to detail for accurate product scanning and discrepancy identification on every inbound shipment
• Available for day, evening, and overnight shifts including weekends at our Brampton fulfilment centre
