PackPro Canada is hiring Delivery Station Associates for our Mississauga last-mile delivery operations facility. This is a full-time onsite position for motivated individuals who want to be part of one of Canada's fastest-growing delivery networks. At our Mississauga delivery station, you will prepare packages for last-mile delivery routes, ensuring every parcel is correctly sorted, staged, and loaded so that Mississauga-area customers receive their orders on time every day.

The Delivery Station Associate role is the final step before packages reach customers' doors. Your accuracy and efficiency at our Mississauga facility directly impacts the delivery experience for thousands of local customers each day, making this one of the most important roles in the last-mile logistics chain.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete PackPro Canada's paid delivery station orientation covering parcel scanning, sortation procedures, route staging, load quality standards, and safety protocols. By day two you'll be actively scanning and sorting live parcels on the Mississauga delivery station floor.

Responsibilities:

• Scan inbound parcels at receiving and verify package counts against manifests for each inbound trailer
• Sort packages by delivery route zone using barcode scanner guidance and delivery station sortation systems
• Stage sorted packages in designated route lanes for loading by delivery drivers before departure windows
• Load delivery driver vehicles in correct package sequence following load quality and weight distribution guidelines
• Process outbound delivery driver returns including failed delivery parcels and customer return packages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free sortation floor throughout every shift at our Mississauga station
• Meet daily sortation rate and load quality targets set by PackPro Canada delivery station management

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — all delivery station training is provided paid from your first shift
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in Canada
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 49 lbs (22 kg) and remain on your feet throughout each shift
• Able to work at a fast pace while maintaining scan accuracy and sortation quality standards
• Available for early morning and overnight shift windows that support daily delivery departure schedules
