QuickFulfil Canada is hiring Stow Associates at our Scarborough fulfilment centre to join our inbound operations team. This is a full-time onsite entry-level position requiring no prior warehouse experience. As a Stow Associate, you will be responsible for placing incoming inventory accurately into storage locations throughout our Scarborough facility, ensuring products are ready for our picking team to fulfil customer orders quickly and efficiently.

The Stow Associate role is a critical part of the fulfilment process — your accuracy in placing products in the right locations directly determines how quickly customer orders can be picked and shipped from our Scarborough warehouse each day.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete QuickFulfil Canada's paid facility orientation covering stowing procedures, RF scanner operation, bin location systems, productivity expectations, and safety standards. By day two you'll be stowing live inbound inventory in our Scarborough fulfilment centre under team lead supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Receive totes of inbound inventory from the receiving area and transport them to assigned stowing zones
• Scan each product barcode and use RF scanner guidance to place items in correct bin locations accurately
• Organize products neatly in bins to maximize storage density and enable efficient order picking
• Identify and flag any damaged, mislabelled, or unscannable products to the receiving supervisor
• Maintain stow rate productivity targets set by QuickFulfil Canada operations management each shift
• Keep assigned stowing zones clear of empty totes, packaging debris, and hazards throughout the shift
• Participate in inventory cycle count activities when directed by warehouse management as needed

Requirements:

• No experience necessary — QuickFulfil Canada trains all new Stow Associates completely on the job
• Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in Canada
• Physical ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand or walk for the full duration of each shift
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail when scanning and placing inventory in bin locations
• Flexible availability for day, evening, and overnight shifts at our Scarborough fulfilment centre
