As a Picker Packer at our Brampton location, you will be responsible for both picking customer orders from warehouse shelving and packing those orders into shipment-ready boxes. You'll work in a well-organized fulfilment environment with modern equipment, experienced team leads, and a strong safety culture on every shift.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete a thorough paid onboarding covering Brampton facility safety, scanner operation, picking zone navigation, packing station procedures, and productivity targets. By the end of week one you'll be independently completing full pick-and-pack cycles at our Brampton fulfilment centre.

Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders from designated warehouse bin locations using RF scanner-directed routing efficiently
• Pack picked items into correctly sized boxes using appropriate void fill and protective packaging materials
• Apply shipping labels, verify order contents, and route packed boxes to the outbound shipping area
• Meet combined picking and packing productivity targets while maintaining order accuracy standards
• Keep packing station stocked with boxes, tape, void fill, and labels throughout the shift
• Report damaged items, mispicks, or packing quality concerns to team leads immediately for resolution
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation and follow all WarehouseLink Canada safety procedures at all times

Requirements:

• No experience required — all Picker Packer training is provided on the job at our Brampton facility
• Must be 18 or older and legally authorized to work in Canada
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout an 8 to 10 hour shift
• Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under productivity pressure
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends in Brampton
