NorthPack Canada is looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to join our Toronto fulfilment operations. This is a full-time onsite role open to candidates with or without warehouse experience. As a Warehouse Associate at NorthPack Canada's Toronto location, you will rotate through key warehouse functions including inbound receiving, inventory stowing, order picking, packing, and outbound shipping to keep our fulfilment operation running at full efficiency every day.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete NorthPack Canada's paid warehouse onboarding covering safety protocols, scanner training, productivity expectations, and facility walkthrough. By day three you'll be on the warehouse floor actively contributing to your assigned station's daily targets.

Responsibilities:

• Unload inbound delivery trucks, scan inventory, and verify product counts against purchase orders
• Place inventory in accurate bin locations using RF scanners and warehouse management system guidance
• Pick customer orders efficiently and accurately from warehouse shelving following scanner-directed routing
• Pack and seal customer orders using appropriate box sizes, void fill, and labels for outbound shipment
• Assist with loading outbound trailers and ensuring cargo is secured and documented correctly
• Report inventory discrepancies, damaged goods, and safety hazards to shift supervisors promptly
• Maintain high productivity and accuracy rates while following NorthPack Canada safety standards throughout every shift

Requirements:

• No prior warehouse experience required — paid training provided for all new associates
• Must be 18 or older with valid authorization to work in Canada
• Able to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) and perform physical activity throughout an entire shift
• Comfortable standing and walking on warehouse floors for extended periods each day
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, nights, and weekend shifts at our Toronto warehouse
