QuickFulfil Canada is hiring Warehouse Associates for our Mississauga fulfilment centre operations. This is a full-time onsite position with no prior experience required — if you are reliable, physically fit, and ready to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to hear from you. As a Warehouse Associate at our Mississauga location, you will work across multiple fulfilment functions including receiving, stowing, picking, packing, and shipping. You will be supported by experienced team leads and given full training from day one.

What Your First Week Looks Like:

You'll complete a paid safety and warehouse orientation covering equipment use, ergonomic lifting techniques, scanner operation, and facility layout. By the end of week one you'll be working independently on your assigned station contributing to daily fulfilment targets at our Mississauga warehouse.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, scan, and sort inbound inventory using handheld RF scanners and warehouse management systems
• Stow products accurately in designated bin locations throughout the fulfilment centre storage areas
• Pick customer orders from shelving and bin locations accurately and at required productivity rates
• Pack customer orders securely using appropriate packaging materials and apply correct shipping labels
• Load outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles following weight and safety guidelines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout every shift at the Mississauga facility
• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets while following all warehouse safety rules at all times

Requirements:

• No experience required — full paid training provided from day one at our Mississauga fulfilment centre
• Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in Canada
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly throughout an 8 to 10 hour shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for the full duration of each shift
• Availability for day, evening, or overnight shifts including weekends
