Senior Remote Customer Service Representative – Work from Home

Senior Rep Responsibilities

  • Handle complex, escalated customer cases independently
  • Mentor and assist junior agents during peak hours
  • Conduct quality reviews on a sample of team interactions

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
  • Demonstrated track record of high CSAT scores
  • Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
  • Home office with dedicated internet line (wired preferred)
  • High school diploma required; college degree a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $4,000–$5,800/month
  • Senior performance bonuses: up to $800/month
