Senior Rep Responsibilities

Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service or call center experience
- Demonstrated track record of high CSAT scores
- Strong problem-solving and de-escalation skills
- Comfortable with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Home office with dedicated internet line (wired preferred)
- High school diploma required; college degree a plus
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $4,000–$5,800/month
- Senior performance bonuses: up to $800/month
