Position Overview

These are inbound-only positions supporting customers of our Fortune 500 clients. You will handle billing, account management, product support, and general inquiries — fully from your home office.

Your Responsibilities

• Take 50–80 inbound customer calls per shift
• Resolve issues on the first call whenever possible
• Navigate CRM and client systems simultaneously
• Meet FCR, AHT, and CSAT KPIs
• Participate in daily team stand-ups via video call

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear speaking voice and strong phone manner
• Hardwired (Ethernet) internet connection preferred
• USB headset (provided or reimbursed)
• Previous call center experience: a plus, not required
