Bilingual Customer Care Representative – English/Spanish – Remote

VoiceConnect USA is hiring bilingual English/Spanish customer care agents for a fully remote role. Spanish fluency earns you a higher pay tier and access to our bilingual customer base.

What You'll Do

  • Support English- and Spanish-speaking customers via phone and chat
  • Translate and document customer inquiries accurately
  • Resolve service, billing, and product issues in both languages
  • Achieve CSAT scores above 90%
  • Flag language-related process gaps to team leadership

Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace at home
  • Reliable internet (25 Mbps+)
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
