Bilingual Customer Care Representative – English/Spanish – Remote
VoiceConnect USA is hiring bilingual English/Spanish customer care agents for a fully remote role. Spanish fluency earns you a higher pay tier and access to our bilingual customer base.
What You'll Do
- Support English- and Spanish-speaking customers via phone and chat
- Translate and document customer inquiries accurately
- Resolve service, billing, and product issues in both languages
- Achieve CSAT scores above 90%
- Flag language-related process gaps to team leadership
Requirements
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- High school diploma or GED
- Dedicated, quiet workspace at home
- Reliable internet (25 Mbps+)
- 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
