Work-from-Home Night Shift Customer Service Agent
ServiceFirst USA is looking for motivated individuals to join our night shift customer service team, fully remote. Night shift differential pay included.
Shift Schedule
- Night shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (EST/CST/PST options available)
- Full-time: 40 hours/week
- Rotating weekends may be required
- Night differential: additional $2–$3/hour on top of base pay
Key Responsibilities
- Handle overnight inbound and outbound customer communications
- Resolve service outage reports, billing disputes, and account changes
- Coordinate with on-call technical support as needed
- Maintain detailed logs in ticketing system
Requirements
- Able to work consistently during night hours
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet
- Good written and verbal communication in English
- Prior call center experience preferred but not mandatory
Compensation
- Base salary: $3,200–$4,800/month
- Night shift differential pay
