Remote Customer Service Representative – No Experience Needed
SupportBridge America is actively hiring customer service representatives to work fully from home across the United States. This is an entry-level role — no prior experience required. We provide paid training and all equipment.
What You'll Do
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails from customers
- Help customers with billing inquiries, order tracking, and account issues
- Log all interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Follow company scripts and escalation procedures
- Meet daily quality and productivity targets
Who We're Looking For
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong verbal and written English communication
- Reliable high-speed internet (10 Mbps+) and quiet home workspace
- Basic computer skills (typing 35+ WPM preferred)
- No experience necessary — paid training is included
