Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls for assigned domestic or international remote call center process from home
- Deliver accurate, empathetic resolutions within SLA parameters for remote call center programme
- Follow client-specific call scripts, escalation trees, and compliance guidelines in remote call center role
- Achieve remote call center KPIs: CSAT, FCR, AHT, and schedule adherence every reporting period
- Participate in remote call center virtual team meetings, quality sessions, and product updates
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free home environment during all remote call center shifts
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or graduate; freshers welcome for domestic remote call center positions
- Good spoken English required for international remote call center positions; Hindi for domestic
- Laptop, headset, and broadband internet mandatory for remote call center work from home
- Calm, professional telephone manner suited to remote call center environment
