Key Responsibilities
- Deliver full time customer service from home across voice, chat, and email channels for assigned brand
- Handle the complete range of customer queries — orders, returns, payments, technical issues, and complaints
- Maintain full time customer service work from home productivity metrics including AHT, CSAT, and FCR
- Attend all mandatory work from home training sessions, quality calibrations, and team meetings
- Complete daily shift reports and submit CRM summaries before logging off
- Escalate complex customer issues to the senior work from home customer service team
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or any graduate degree; 0–3 years of customer service experience
- Fluent in English and Hindi or a South Indian language for regional work from home customer service queues
- Dedicated full time home workspace — laptop, headset, and minimum 15 Mbps broadband
