Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails for US/UK-based clients during night shift hours (8 PM – 5 AM IST) from home
- Resolve customer service queries on billing, orders, technical support, and account management
- Maintain high CSAT and quality scores on international remote customer service programmes
- Log all night shift customer interactions accurately in the CRM before shift close
- Coordinate with the day shift supervisor for handover of pending escalations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or graduate; 0–2 years of customer service experience preferred for night shift roles
- Good spoken English — clear, neutral accent preferred for US/UK remote customer service
- Comfortable working night shift from home with no in-person supervision
- Reliable home internet, laptop, and a quiet workspace for night shift remote work
