Key Responsibilities
- Complete a structured 10-day remote training programme on product knowledge, CRM, and customer service best practices
- Handle inbound calls and chats for assigned remote customer service project from home
- Resolve customer queries on first contact wherever possible to maintain strong FCR metrics
- Accurately document all interactions in the remote customer service CRM platform
- Participate in daily virtual standups and weekly quality calibration sessions
- Meet personal KPIs: CSAT, AHT, and daily contact volume targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or any degree — freshers actively encouraged to apply for remote customer service roles
- Clear communication in English or Hindi; bilingual candidates preferred
