Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and chats for leading e-commerce and retail brands from home
- Resolve customer queries related to orders, payments, returns, and account issues within defined SLA
- Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system after each contact
- Follow call scripts, quality guidelines, and escalation procedures as trained
- Maintain KPIs including CSAT score, first-contact resolution, and schedule adherence
- Attend daily virtual team briefings and participate in ongoing product knowledge updates
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or any graduate degree — freshers with zero experience are welcome
- Basic spoken English and Hindi or regional language
- Laptop or desktop with headset and minimum 10 Mbps internet connection
- Self-motivated and reliable for work from home customer service duties
