About This Role
Progressive Consultancy is hiring Female Telecallers for permanent work-from-home positions across multiple client projects in insurance, banking, and e-commerce sectors. If you have a clear, confident speaking voice, basic computer skills, and the ability to handle customer calls professionally from home, this role offers stable income, flexible timings, and real career growth in the customer engagement field.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products, services, and promotional offers on behalf of assigned clients
- Handle inbound queries professionally, provide accurate information, and direct callers to the appropriate resolution path
- Achieve daily call count and lead generation or conversion targets as set by the campaign supervisor
- Update CRM tools with call outcomes, customer details, and follow-up actions after every call
- Follow call scripts and compliance guidelines specific to each client campaign
- Re-engage cold leads through scheduled callback lists and maintain persistence in follow-up calling
- Report daily productivity including calls made, leads generated, and conversions to the team lead
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or any graduation; freshers are welcome
- Good spoken Hindi; basic English for handling bilingual client campaigns
- Clear, pleasant telephone voice and a patient, persuasive communication style
- Basic smartphone or laptop with a stable internet connection
- Self-disciplined and able to maintain calling productivity independently from home
- Prior telecalling experience is an advantage but not required — training is provided
