About This Role
Progressive Consultancy is hiring Female Intern Recruiters for a permanent work-from-home role on an incentive basis. This is an ideal opportunity for women who are looking to start or grow a career in HR recruitment without stepping out of their home. You will source candidates, conduct initial screening calls, and coordinate with our client hiring teams — earning attractive incentives for every successful placement you make.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for open positions through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, and referral networks from home
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles that match the job description and client requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews to assess candidate communication skills, availability, and interest
- Coordinate interview schedules between shortlisted candidates and client hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure timely joining of selected candidates
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and submit activity reports to the senior recruiter
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active candidates across multiple domains for recurring client requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Any graduate degree; MBA in HR is preferred but not mandatory
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and resume screening
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently from home
- A laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection is required
- Prior internship or exposure to HR recruitment is an advantage
