Job Overview:

Job Title: IT Recruitment Specialist – Client Delivery

Location: Permanent Work From Home – India Job Type: Full-Time

Experience Level: 5–10 Years

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Role Context:

The recruitment division currently operates with a team strength of more than 250 recruiters and supports staffing requirements for enterprise clients across IT services, banking, consulting, telecom, and technology sectors. Recruiters work independently while coordinating with account managers and delivery leads for active hiring projects. This role involves handling multiple technical requirements simultaneously, maintaining candidate engagement, and ensuring timely closures for client delivery targets. Team members interact regularly with hiring stakeholders from organizations such as IBM, Deloitte, Infosys, TCS, Tech Mahindra, and other large-scale clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for technical and IT staffing requirements
  • Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups for client delivery projects
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned client accounts
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers accurately
  • Work closely with account managers to understand hiring priorities and timelines
  • Technical profiles and resume evaluations should align with client expectations
  • Build professional relationships with candidates through regular communication
  • Support offer discussions, onboarding coordination, and joining follow-ups
  • Meet recruitment targets while maintaining hiring quality standards
  • Participate in internal recruitment planning and delivery review discussions

Requirements & Skills:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in IT staffing or technical recruitment required
  • Experience handling large client accounts and direct client coordination preferred
  • Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle management and sourcing strategies
  • Comfortable working independently in a permanent work from home setup
  • Good communication and negotiation skills required for candidate interaction
  • Familiarity with IT technologies, hiring terminology, and recruitment tools
  • Ability to manage deadlines, hiring priorities, and multiple open positions
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills preferred
  • Must have own laptop or desktop with stable Wi-Fi internet connection
  • Candidates should not have more than 1 year of employment gap
