Investment Banking Associate

About the Role

Goldman Sachs is looking for an Investment Banking Associate to join its M&A advisory team. You will work on complex cross-border transactions, support client relationships, and develop sophisticated financial analyses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial modelling for LBO, DCF, and comparable company analyses
• Prepare client-ready presentations and pitch materials
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal and advisory teams
• Monitor deal execution timelines and flag risks proactively
• Mentor junior analysts and review their deliverables

Requirements

• MBA from a top-tier program or 3+ years of IB analyst experience
• Expert financial modelling and valuation skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Series 79 and Series 63 licenses preferred
