Warehouse Operations Manager

About the Role

Amazon is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee daily fulfillment center operations. You will manage a team of 50–150 associates, drive performance targets, and ensure the safe, efficient flow of inventory through the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop shift teams to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipment metrics and resolve bottlenecks
• Implement process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and Amazon policies
• Coordinate with HR on staffing, onboarding, and performance management

Requirements

• 3+ years of operations or warehouse management experience
• Proven track record managing large hourly workforces
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills
• Proficiency with WMS software and Microsoft Excel
