About This Role
ConnectSales India is hiring Picker and Packer associates for our e-commerce fulfilment warehouse in Noida. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse role perfect for candidates with or without experience who are physically fit, detail-oriented, and eager to be part of India's booming e-commerce supply chain. Immediate joining available for eligible candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick products from designated shelf locations using paper picklists or RF handheld scanners based on order details
- Pack picked items securely using appropriate box sizes, void fill, and protective material as per packing guidelines
- Apply shipping labels, invoices, and promotional inserts to packed orders before routing to the dispatch station
- Verify picked quantities against order requirements to ensure zero short-picks or wrong-item errors
- Maintain picking and packing productivity rates as per daily throughput targets set by the shift manager
- Keep the workstation, picking aisle, and packing zone clean and organised throughout the shift
- Report shortages, damaged items, or barcode scan errors to the team leader immediately
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8th to 12th pass; no specific educational qualification required beyond basic literacy and numeracy
- Physical fitness for sustained standing, walking, lifting (up to 15 kg), and repetitive manual tasks throughout a full shift
- Basic ability to read product labels, order slips, and barcode numbers in English
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts including morning, afternoon, and night as required
- Prior warehouse, factory, or packing line experience is preferred but not mandatory

- Monthly salary of ₹12,000–₹18,000 with overtime pay for additional shifts
