About This Role
IndiGo Airlines is inviting applications from enthusiastic, well-groomed fresher candidates for the role of Cabin Crew across its domestic and international network. As part of IndiGo's cabin crew team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers aboard every flight. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks, verify cabin readiness, and ensure all emergency equipment is serviceable before every departure
- Deliver the mandatory pre-flight safety demonstration and ensure all passengers comply with seatbelt and electronic device regulations
- Serve food, beverages, and retail items to passengers professionally and efficiently during the flight
- Attend to passenger needs, handle inflight complaints, and respond to medical or emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Assist passengers with special needs including unaccompanied minors, elderly travellers, and differently-abled individuals
- Complete all required inflight documentation including safety reports, service records, and incident logs
- Represent IndiGo's brand with impeccable grooming, uniform standards, and courteous conduct at all times
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10+2 from a recognised board; graduation in any stream is preferred
- Age: 18–27 years at the time of application
- Height: Female candidates — minimum 155 cm; Male candidates — minimum 170 cm
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional Indian languages is an advantage
- Pleasing personality, excellent communication, and a natural aptitude for service and teamwork
- Weight in proportion to height; no visible tattoos in uniform
- Medically fit as per DGCA aviation medical standards
