About This Role
ConnectSales India is hiring Warehouse Executives for e-commerce logistics and fulfilment operations across Delhi NCR. You will manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods at our warehouse facilities, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment for leading e-commerce clients. This is a physically active, team-based role with excellent growth potential in India's booming logistics and supply chain sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities against purchase orders or GRNs, and update WMS records accordingly
- Sort, label, bin, and store incoming goods in designated warehouse locations as per storage protocols
- Pick orders from warehouse bins using picklists or handheld scanners and route them to the packing station
- Pack orders accurately as per client-specified packaging standards, insert promotional materials, and apply shipping labels
- Process dispatches by handing over packed orders to courier partners and recording tracking details in the WMS
- Conduct daily cycle counts and participate in monthly full physical inventory counts
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, aisle clearance, and fire safety standards throughout every shift
- Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or process deviations to the warehouse supervisor promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 10th or 12th pass; ITI or warehouse management certifications are an advantage
- Physical fitness for lifting, standing, and walking through large warehouse spaces across a full shift
- Basic computer and barcode scanner skills for WMS operations
- Willingness to work in shift patterns (morning, afternoon, or night shifts) including weekends during peak seasons
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce fulfilment experience is preferred

- Monthly salary of ₹14,000–₹22,000 plus overtime and peak season bonuses
