About This Role
CareConnect India is hiring BPO Call Center Associates in Delhi for Hindi and English voice process roles. This is an entry-level position open to 12th pass candidates and graduates who want to start their BPO career with a company that invests in your training, growth, and long-term career development. No prior experience is needed — we train you completely before you go live on any client process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls in Hindi and/or English for domestic client programmes in telecom, banking, or FMCG sectors
- Address customer queries, process service requests, and resolve complaints within the defined resolution TAT
- Document all call interactions in the CRM with complete accuracy after every contact
- Follow client-specific call handling protocols, courtesy norms, and escalation guidelines
- Meet daily call handling targets and maintain quality scores above the minimum acceptable threshold
- Attend all mandatory training, quality reviews, and product refresher sessions as scheduled
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass — no work experience required
- Fluency in Hindi; working knowledge of English for bilingual client processes
- Good listening skills, a clear speaking voice, and a helpful, patient attitude
- Basic computer proficiency for CRM data entry and email communication
- Willingness to work in day or evening shifts as per project requirement
