About This Role
VoicePlus India is hiring Night Shift Call Center Executives for US and UK client programmes at our Delhi operations centre. If you have good English communication skills, are comfortable working nights, and want the higher earnings that come with night shift allowances, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding BPO career with one of Delhi's leading customer experience companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for US/UK-based clients in telecom, healthcare, finance, or retail sectors during night shift hours
- Resolve customer queries, process service requests, and handle complaints within defined SLA parameters
- Maintain accurate call logs and CRM records for every interaction during the shift
- Adhere to client call scripts, quality standards, and compliance guidelines throughout every call
- Meet nightly KPIs including call count, AHT, CSAT, and schedule adherence
- Participate in pre-shift briefings, quality calibration sessions, and process update meetings
- Coordinate with supervisors during escalation situations and ensure proper handover to the incoming shift team
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or any graduation; freshers are welcome
- Good spoken English — neutral accent preferred for US/UK voice process work
- Willingness to work fixed night shifts (8 PM – 5 AM or 9 PM – 6 AM)
- Basic computer skills; typing speed of 25+ WPM
- Prior BPO or customer support experience is an advantage but not required
