About This Role

TechSupport India is conducting a Walk-in Drive in Bangalore for Customer Support Executives across multiple client programmes. If you are a fresher or have up to 2 years of customer service experience and are looking for immediate joining, come directly to our Bangalore recruitment centre with your resume and ID. No prior appointment needed — we interview candidates on the spot and extend same-day offer letters to selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls, chats, and emails for assigned client programmes in tech, retail, or fintech sectors
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service requests within defined SLA timelines
  • Log all interactions accurately in the CRM and complete required post-call work within the allocated wrap-up time
  • Adhere to call quality standards, client-specific scripts, and escalation procedures at all times
  • Achieve individual KPIs including CSAT, FCR, AHT, and adherence to schedule in every reporting period
  • Participate in team training, quality calibration, and process update sessions as scheduled

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 12th pass or any degree; freshers with 0 experience are welcome
  • Good spoken English; Kannada and Hindi are a plus for local client projects
  • Willingness to work in day, evening, or rotational shifts as per project requirement
  • Basic computer skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Carry original ID proof, educational certificates, and 2 passport photos to the walk-in
