About This Role
GlamFirst India is seeking Experienced Female Beauticians with at least 2 years of salon experience to join our premium beauty studios in Coimbatore. You will independently handle a wide range of advanced beauty and skin treatments, train junior staff, and consistently deliver exceptional client experiences that drive loyalty and word-of-mouth referrals for our Coimbatore locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced skincare treatments including microdermabrasion, chemical peels, de-tan, anti-ageing facials, and acne treatment protocols
- Perform expert bridal and party makeup using premium brands, including draping and hair styling for full bridal packages
- Execute advanced hair colour techniques including balayage, ombre, highlights, and global colour corrections
- Supervise and guide junior beauticians on service delivery standards, hygiene protocols, and client interaction
- Handle walk-in consultations for skin analysis, hair assessment, and beauty service recommendations
- Manage individual client records, track treatment histories, and follow up with regular clients proactively
- Assist the salon manager in training new hires and maintaining service quality standards across the team
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma in Beauty Culture / Cosmetology from a recognised institute
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on salon experience in skincare, makeup, and hair services
- Expertise in at least one advanced specialty (bridal makeup, skin treatments, or hair colour) is mandatory
- Professional appearance, strong client relationship skills, and a portfolio of prior work is preferred
- Leadership qualities and willingness to mentor junior team members

- Monthly salary of ₹18,000–₹32,000 based on experience and specialty skill level
