About This Role
TalentBridge India is hiring Remote HR Recruiters based in Nagercoil to manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients across South India. You will source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, and manage offer processes entirely from home, making this a perfect role for HR graduates and experienced recruiters in Nagercoil who want to build a professional HR career without relocating to a larger city.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand job requirements from client hiring managers and create effective job postings on job portals and social media platforms
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and referral networks; screen resumes for fitment
- Conduct initial telephonic screening interviews to assess candidate profiles, communication skills, and interest levels
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and client hiring teams
- Manage offer negotiations, document collection, and pre-joining communication with selected candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and submit weekly hiring pipeline reports to clients
- Build and maintain a talent database for future hiring requirements across similar roles
Required Skills and Qualifications
- MBA in HR or BBA/B.Sc. with HR specialisation; relevant HR certifications are a plus
- Good understanding of full-cycle recruitment, job portal sourcing, and interview coordination
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Tamil
- Familiarity with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar sourcing tools
- Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience is preferred; freshers with strong HR fundamentals will be considered
