About This Role
CareConnect India is offering Work from Home Customer Support Executive positions specifically for candidates based in Nagercoil and the surrounding Kanyakumari district. You will handle inbound customer queries via voice and chat for leading e-commerce and telecom clients, entirely from your home, without any daily commute. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls and chats, resolving queries related to orders, accounts, billing, and product usage efficiently
- Log all customer interactions with complete details in the CRM system after each contact
- Escalate complex issues, fraud cases, and unresolved complaints to the senior team as per escalation protocols
- Maintain individual KPIs including CSAT score, first-contact resolution rate, and average handling time
- Attend daily virtual briefings, quality review sessions, and product update calls with the remote team
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free home workspace with reliable internet during all working hours
- Follow all data security protocols and client confidentiality requirements strictly from the home environment
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or any graduate degree; freshers are welcome
- Good spoken Tamil and basic English for handling customer calls
- Stable broadband or 4G internet connection with minimum 10 Mbps speed
- Desktop or laptop with headset for professional call handling
- Self-disciplined, punctual, and motivated to work independently from home
- Prior customer support or BPO experience is an advantage
