About This Role
VoicePlus India is hiring BPO Customer Support Executives for its Bangalore operations centre. You will handle inbound and outbound voice and chat contacts for major telecom, retail, and financial services clients, delivering fast and accurate resolutions that drive high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice calls from customers seeking support on product issues, billing queries, account changes, and service complaints
- Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups, survey completion, and proactive service notifications as required by the client
- Accurately log all contact details, issue descriptions, and resolution actions in the CRM after each interaction
- Adhere to client-defined call scripts, quality standards, and escalation procedures throughout every shift
- Meet individual KPIs including daily call count, AHT, CSAT score, and first-call resolution rate
- Participate in team training sessions, quality calibrations, and process refresher workshops
- Maintain strict compliance with data privacy regulations and client confidentiality requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or any graduation; freshers are actively welcome to apply
- Good spoken English; knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is an advantage for Bangalore client projects
- Confident, clear communication style and ability to stay calm during challenging customer interactions
- Basic computer skills and willingness to work in rotational or evening shifts
- Prior BPO or customer service experience is a bonus but not required
