About This Role
LeadGrid India is hiring Delivery Partners for last-mile delivery operations across Delhi for leading e-commerce and quick commerce clients. Key Responsibilities
- Pick up parcels, food orders, or groceries from assigned hubs, restaurants, or dark stores and deliver them to customer addresses within the delivery time window
- Use the delivery partner app for navigation, order acceptance, proof of delivery (POD) uploads, and earnings tracking
- Handle customer calls and doorstep delivery interactions professionally and courteously
- Report damaged items, failed deliveries, or address discrepancies to the hub manager promptly via the app
- Maintain the cleanliness and safe condition of the delivery bag and branded gear provided by the company
- Complete daily delivery targets and achieve high customer satisfaction and on-time delivery ratings
- Attend zone briefings and app training sessions as required by the area manager
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age; 12th pass preferred
- Valid two-wheeler driving licence and a well-maintained personal bike (petrol or electric)
- Android smartphone with active internet connection for the delivery app
- Knowledge of Delhi's streets and residential areas for efficient navigation
- Physical stamina for riding and delivering across multiple zones in a shift
- Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly work ethic
