About This Role
TechSupport India is offering exciting Customer Support roles specifically for freshers in Chennai. No prior experience is required — we provide comprehensive training on products, processes, and communication before you take your first call. This is the perfect first job for recent graduates and 12th passers who want to launch their careers in the growing BPO and customer experience industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete a structured 2-week training programme covering product knowledge, call handling techniques, and CRM usage before going live
- Handle inbound customer calls and chat messages, resolving queries related to product usage, billing, and account management
- Use the CRM system to log all customer interactions accurately and completely after each contact
- Follow escalation procedures for complaints that cannot be resolved at the first point of contact
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude in every customer interaction, including during difficult or repeat contacts
- Participate in team meetings, feedback sessions, and ongoing skill development activities
- Meet basic performance benchmarks for call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction within the first 90 days
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or any Bachelor's degree — freshers with no work experience are eligible to apply
- Willingness to learn and take constructive feedback positively
- Basic spoken English and Tamil communication skills
- Good typing speed; computer literacy is essential
- Availability for either day or evening shift as per project requirements
