About This Role
QuickResolve India is hiring Customer Support Associates for our Chennai evening shift. In this role, you will deliver fast, accurate, and friendly assistance to customers of leading e-commerce and technology brands via chat and email channels. The evening shift offers a structured work schedule with clear performance goals, regular coaching, and strong growth potential in the customer support field.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle concurrent chat and email interactions with customers seeking help with orders, returns, accounts, payments, and service issues
- Respond within defined SLA windows using pre-approved templates while personalising tone and content for each customer
- Navigate multiple internal tools simultaneously including CRM, OMS, and knowledge base platforms
- Maintain a CSAT score consistently above the floor target by delivering complete, accurate, and empathetic resolutions
- Escalate edge cases, policy violations, and fraud alerts to the senior associate or team lead in a timely manner
- Complete all shift admin including queue monitoring, case status updates, and handover notes before shift end
- Participate in calibration sessions and one-on-one quality coaching with the team manager
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 12th pass or graduate from any stream
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with good written English
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask across chat windows without compromising quality
- Prior customer support experience, especially in chat or email channels, is preferred
- Comfortable with shift work and the evening schedule (4 PM – 12 AM)
